SABRETOOTH coordinates two primary events per year, the Endless Night Festival in New Orleans on Halloween weekend at the House of Blues.

The 15th annual Endless Night: Anti-Valentines Vampyre Ball (or just simply the Vampyre Ball) of New York will take place at Element Nightclub on Sunday, February 14th, 2010.
